Together, we will identify and address issues or gaps in the design that could impact the project´s success. Constant feedback and communication between all the stakeholders is key at this stage!!

We manage the entire permitting process, preparing and submitting all required documentation to obtain municipal approvals. This includes zoning compliance, environmental impact assessments, engineering reports, and other necessary applications to prevent delays and streamline the approval process.
Based on the design development documents, which represent the preliminary design for all scopes of work, this estimate establishes realistic cost objectives and provides sufficient detail to obtain project approval. It will serve as the basis for the budget prior to proceeding to the tendering stage.
A competitive tendering process will be established to solicit proposals from subcontractors across the various required scopes of work. Saltec will prepare detailed scope descriptions and collaborate with reputable trades to ensure quality and deliver optimal value to the project.
We select and contract suppliers and subcontractors to provide the materials and services needed for the project. This stage is crucial for keeping the project on schedule and within budget. Additionally, the type of contract between the client and General Contractor is determined during this phase.
We provide end-to-end project oversight, coordinating construction activities, managing schedules, controlling costs, and ensuring quality assurance. Regular site inspections, contractor coordination, and continuous communication with the client help keep the project on track from groundbreaking to final occupancy.
